About
My passion lies in supporting early-career managers and
leaders, helping them transition from individual contributors to effective leaders. I also aim to coach senior leaders and executives, leveraging my management experience to offer unique insights.

I am an experienced software development professional and a family-focused individual, constantly balancing the demands of both. In my corporate life, I specialize in
the human side of technology organizations, empowering individuals and teams through coaching, removing obstacles, and streamlining communication. A key part of my work involves navigating change management to foster growth and efficiency.
Outside of work, I’m a mother of two, a wife, and someone who values continuous self-improvement. I enjoy activities that challenge both my mind and body. In 2020, I followed my passion by enrolling in the Master of Science in Learning and Organizational Change (MSLOC) program at Northwestern University, which I will complete in early 2025.
As an executive coach, I am passionate about helping individuals navigate challenges and bring clarity to the
thoughts and ideas that may feel overwhelming. I look forward to the opportunity to work with you and support you in gaining the focus and direction you need.
