Immunity Map
This tool is designed to guide you through a self-reflection process, helping you uncover what's holding you back from making the changes you want. Sometimes, the barriers to your goals are competing commitments. By identifying and addressing these, you can work more effectively towards your desired change.

As your coach, I will guide you through this process, helping confront hidden commitments and challenge limiting assumptions.

In this process I will:
-
Create a safe and non-judgmental space to explore. This activity requires self-reflection and vulnerability.
-
Assist in identifying an improvement goal.
-
Assist in creating a list of behaviors that may keep you from your goal.
-
Listen, help identify, and question big assumptions
-
Ask questions to help you list competing commitments, including a worry box where fears and concerns about the change can be identified and discussed.
-
Be an accountability partner.
-
Encourage experimentation and iteration to try new things and make adjustments where needed.

This method is a powerful tool that can lead to meaningful transformation by fostering learning and openness to change. As your coach we can use this to confront hidden commitments and challenge inner limiting assumptions.
